Let's Make a Deal - Collective Bargaining for Townships

Understanding collective bargaining is crucial if you work in a unionized setting. This session will review the process, impasse procedures, and typical strategies. It will also provide an overview of what is happening at the bargaining table in the current environment and an update on recent SERB decisions.
