Law Directors Group training opportunities.
The Ohio Township Association's Law Directors Group provides continuing legal education and networking opportunities for attorneys who are township law directors, township legal counsel, county prosecutors, or counsel and are routinely retained by township governments.
In 2026, the Law Director's Group will meet 4 times virtually. At each meeting, 1-1.5 hours of approved General CLE will be offered. The Law Directors group is also a great resource for asking questions, and several requests for information are sent via this list throughout the year.
There is no cost to be a member of the Law Directors Group, but there is a cost to attend the training. Membership in the OTA provides a reduction in training fees. The list of members is maintained by OTA staff. If you want to be placed on the list, please email Michael Zaky.

Discussion of best cyber practices, and a review of the state of Ohio cyber programs and resources available to assist local governments as they work on their cyber program.
