Roadside Ditch Maintenance Workshop

April 19, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Chagrin River Watershed Partners, in partnership with the ODNR Office of Coastal Management, Absolute Grass, Geauga Soil and Water Conservation District, and Munson Township are hosting a roadside ditch stabilization training for public roadway and service department personnel. A classroom component will provide information on best management practices and water quality impacts and a field installation will demonstrate erosion and sediment control options. 

The training is targeted towards public roadway and service department personnel, community engineers, park district service personnel, and stormwater program operators with responsibilities that include roadway maintenance or erosion control.

The training is free, but advance registration is required. We ask that each organization only send one to two staff as space is limited. Registration deadline is Friday, April 15th.
