The OTA Continues Working w/NATaT, Ohio's Congressional Delegation on American Rescue Plan Funding

The OTA continues to work with NATaT (the National Association of Towns and Townships) and the Ohio Congressional delegation to ensure townships are considered a nonentitlement unit of local government, and are therefore eligible for nonentitlement entity funding under the American Rescue Plan Act (HR 1319).
