What should be your priorities in that moment? Who should you contact or not contact? Will you have to give a deposition, and how do you prepare? Why are we settling, or what is the likelihood of going to trial? What should you do as a township official before, during, and after the trial? Attend this webinar to learn about litigation landmines and how to avoid them if you are sued.
