Working with Unions in the Township

Description:

This presentation will address the legal requirements for when and how a union becomes recognized as the exclusive representative of an Ohio township, the possible impact of the decennial Census, the township’s rights during a union organization campaign, and negotiating with unions during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
