Levy/AOS Campaign Guidance Update

Description:

This session will review the statutory rules and Auditor of State guidance regarding communicating township financial needs in a polarized environment, particularly at levy time. Speakers will also provide practical guidance and best practices to keep communication efforts informative and not promotional, which could lead to legal challenges.
