On April 8, 2021, the Ohio Supreme Court decided the case of State ex rel. Armatas v. Plain Township Board of Trustees, determining that a township had to produce its defense counsel’s legal invoices submitted a township’s risk pool. This presentation will discuss the implications of the Court’s ruling under the Ohio Public Records Act and in litigation, as well as the scope of redactions authorized by the law.
All registrants will receive an emailed recording of the webinar after it takes place, even if they were unable to attend the webinar live. However, please note that this session only qualifies for Continuing Legal Education if it is watched live.
