Barbara Lang

Barbara Lang has served as a trustee for Monclova Township (Lucas Co.) for 20 years. Barbara was elected to the OTA Board of Directors in 2024. A graduate of Miami University, she works as a Senior Gift Officer for Mercy Health Foundation. She previously served her county association as secretary/treasurer. In her spare time, she serves on the Unison Health Board and is a trustee for the Central Catholic High School Board of Directors. She has two children and is married to Thomas McCartney. She looks forward to making a larger impact on the OTA board, as township government has been her passion for more than 20 years.
