NATaT Special Report on Farm Bill

NATaT has released a special report, "Highlights of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018," which addresses a variety of aspects of the $867 billion bill. It funds policies and programs (such as SNAP) that focus on broadband development efforts, research, trade and horticulture, among many other areas.
