There are several opportunities for companies, as vendors, to interact and connect with township officials in Ohio. Below are the various opportunities we offer for your organization.
Become a Member
In order to become an associate member of the Ohio Township Association, you also need to be an associate member of a County Township Association. By becoming an associate member of the County Township Association, you are allowed to attend meetings and mingle with township officials. This is a great way to have a one-on-one connection with our members.
The Ohio Township Association hosts a Trade Show in conjunction with its annual Winter Conference. The next conference takes place Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2018, and will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. More than 2,500 people participate in the conference. The Trade Show boasts more than 150 vendors, including heavy equipment. There are also several sponsorship opportunities available. Registration for the 2018 OTA Trade Show is now open!
The OTA offers advertising opportunities in its bi-monthly magazine, the Ohio Township News. The magazine is a four-color periodical, averages 52 pages per issue and has nearly 10,000 subscribers. The publication is an educational resource for township officials, employees, county prosecutors, state legislators and more. Check out our rates and deadlines below.
The OTA began hosting an annual golf outing in 2010 to benefit its Scholarship Program. Three scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each are awarded to high school seniors annually. We offer sponsorship opportunities for vendors who are interested in mingling with members during this one-day event. This year's OTA Golf Outing was held on Aug. 4, 2017 at the Golf Club of Dublin.

All requests must be accompanied by an explanation of your intended use of the information (or sample mailing), and is subject to the approval of the OTA executive director. The OTA Board of Directors adopted this policy at the request of the association’s membership.
