HB 523 Medical Marijuana & Townships
Ohio's medical marijuana law went into effect on September 8, 2016, and there is a lot of confusion around how this will impact businesses and what employees can and can't do. To help businesses prepare for this new law, Working Partners®, has created the Ohio Marijuana HB 523 Coaching Package. Included in the package is:
